Products and Services
Steps Creators provides orthotic, prosthetic, and orthopedic products and services. Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown.
Custom Products
Custom-made orthotic and prosthetic devices are manufactured to individual specifications. Due to their personalized nature, custom products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Prescription Requirements
Certain products may require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate medical information.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Payment must be made in full before delivery of standard products
- Custom products may require a deposit at the time of order
- We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver to all emirates within the UAE
- Delivery times vary based on product type and location
- Custom products require additional manufacturing time
- Shipping costs will be communicated at the time of order
Returns and Refunds
- Standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging
- Custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective
- Defective products will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost

Warranty
Steps Creators provides a warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. Warranty periods vary by product type. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Misuse or unauthorized modifications void the warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Steps Creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
